MVP LAB
Testable software in days
From an initial idea, we develop a professional-looking software prototype or MVP that users, customers and decision makers can genuinely try out. Fast, focused, and with just enough functionality for a solid first test.

When a good idea stays abstract for too long
Many software ideas spend weeks or months in presentations, specification documents and alignment loops. Yet the most important question stays open: do users understand the flow, do they actually want to use the solution, and does the idea hold up in everyday use? Answering that does not yet require a complete product. It requires a credible core flow, a professional look and feel, and a real test.
What you get
- A clickable or functional software prototype with a clear core flow.
- A professional look and feel that conveys a genuine usage situation.
- A private test environment with defined access.
- Test data or a clearly scoped interface, if needed for the test.
- A short hand-over with observations, learnings and a recommendation for the next step.
How an idea becomes an MVP
- 01
Clarify the goal, users and core question in a 90-minute briefing.
- 02
Define one central user journey and the concrete test criterion.
- 03
Develop the application with AI assistance, under human product and code accountability.
- 04
Test with real users or decision makers and define the next step based on the outcome.
Suitable cases
- New digital services, portals or advisory workflows
- Internal tools, dashboards and simplified process applications
- Sales and service ideas that should first be validated with a core flow
- Software concepts that need a realistic proof before budget sign-off
A deliberate boundary
Not suitable are open-ended enterprise projects, complete core systems, production processing of sensitive data, or initiatives without a clear user journey and test goal.

Data privacy and operations
MVPs run by default in a private test environment on servers in Germany. Test or anonymized data is the standard case. Access, deletion and data flows are defined; customer data is not used in public AI services without explicit approval. The specific privacy configuration is documented for each use case.
