Hosting
This website is hosted on servers in Germany. When you visit the website, the provider automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, as described under "Server log files".

This website does not use cookies for analytics or marketing purposes. No cookies are currently set by the website itself. Project request form
Via the project request form we collect name, company, email address, optionally phone number, the type of task, your message, optionally a desired date, and optionally a file upload. Transmission is encrypted (TLS). The request is sent to our mailbox via the email service provider Resend (Resend, Inc., USA).
The legal basis for processing is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures). Your information is stored until your request has been processed, and beyond that where statutory retention periods require it. Your data is not used for advertising purposes.
Call booking
On the /termin page we embed a booking calendar from termin.xr-essential.com, which we operate ourselves and which runs on servers in Germany. When you use the calendar, the data you enter (name, email address, chosen appointment) is processed in order to schedule the call. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR.
Processing of data (customer and contract data)
We collect, process and use personal data only to the extent necessary to establish, structure the content of, or amend a legal relationship (inventory data). This is done on the basis of Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR, which permits the processing of data for the performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures.
Customer data collected is deleted upon completion of the assignment or termination of the business relationship. Statutory retention periods remain unaffected.
4. External services and fonts
The fonts used on this website are hosted locally. There is no connection to Google Fonts or other external font providers. This website does not use any external tracking or analytics services.
